| RYDER CUP MATCHES - K CLUB, IRELAND 2006 GreenScape is acting on behalf of a private members golf club in Co Kildare, Ireland located within 15 minutes of the K Club (venue for the 2006 event). The golf club has one of the county's leading courses. A new clubhouse was built four years ago and has an excellent catering service. The course is currently undergoing a redesign and upgrade so by the time of the 2006 Ryder Cup Matches the current improvements will have had ample time to establish, thereby providing a top quality golf course. The Club is looking to rent its golf course and clubhouse to interested corporations or groups, for their exclusive use, for the duration of the 2006 event. The properties are all high quality residences, of varying size and will be only rented on a weekly or longer basis. These include chauffeur driven or self drive transport, food and drink deliveries through the week, in-house catering, gift sourcing and delivery and more.
