Selection and sourcing of course equipment and furnishings.
Selection and sourcing of driving range/golf academy machinery and equipment.

The period of time over which a pre-opening consultancy agreement runs will vary from project to project and client to client.
In the case of a new development we recommend a period from the end of the construction phase through to opening day or handover to the appointed business managers (whichever is the sooner). The earlier GreenScape becomes involved in a new project the more benefit we can be to our clients.
For existing businesses a minimum of 3 months is advisable which can be extended as the client‘s needs dictate.

In certain circumstances the services provided may relate to a particular task or tasks. In these situations the duration will be tailored to the specific job.

IN-PROGRESS CONSULTANCY

GreenScape provides a detailed analysis and monitoring service on the performance of a new business, or assessment of the current position and future potential of an existing one.

An in-depth review of monthly trading figures is carried out and reported to the client.
The review can take into account:
  • Monthly Sales
  • Gross Margins
  • Labour Costs
  • Overheads and Fixed Costs
  • Departmental and overall financial position

In addition, analysis of the business operations is carried out and advice and recommendations made where necessary on:
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Membership Services
  • Administrative Systems
  • Golf Course Maintenance Programmes
  • Buildings Maintenance Programmes
  • Human Resource Management
  • Budgets and Projections
  • Future Development Strategies

As with pre-opening consultancy the time over which an agreement runs will vary from project to project and client to client.
A minimum of 6 months or more is recommended to allow GreenScape firstly to get an accurate position of precisely whether the business is at that time and secondly to allow the time for advice and recommendations to be implemented and fine-tuned as necessary and for their impact to be measurable. Agreements can be extended as the client‘s needs dictate.

In certain circumstances the services provided may relate to a particular task or tasks over a much shorter period of time. In these situations the duration will be tailored to the specific job.
