Feasibility Studies / Business Plans A detailed study of the site and the commercial potential of the proposed scheme to include: Market Analysis Demographic Factors Development Opportunities - Property, Golf, Hotels, other leisure facilities and activities Property Sales / Rentals Membership/PAYP Structures & Visitor Fees Facility Usage Financial Projections / Financial Feasibility Capital Costings Operational Structures Topography / Agronomy Report Environmental / Ecological Factors The preparation of all preliminary reports and investigations forms the basis of the 'Development Master Plan'. Fund Sourcing The funding of any project can never be guaranteed but GreenScape can assist in making important initial introductions. Golf Course Design Our associate Roger Jones Golf Design has experience of different types of golf developments and provides a creative, efficient and budget conscious approach in this area. Alternatively GreenScape will co-operate with any other golf course architect chosen by the client. Clubhouse - Hotel - Buildings Design GreenScape has associations with a number of Architectural Practices, large and small, who have experience in leisure, resort and mixed developments and are skilled in achieving maximum cost effectiveness from imaginative design. Alternatively GreenScape will co-operate with architects chosen by the client. Technical Services GreenScape ensures that all statutory permissions such as planning permissions, grant applications and others are made and that designs and specifications of all architects and consultants are produced in accordance with the 'Development Master Plan' and recognised industry standards. Project Management GreenScape, vested with the authority of the client, ensures that the work of all contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers is carried out in accordance with specified requirements, on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards. Progress Reporting GreenScape provides the client with regular reports on all aspects of the development and attends development meetings as required. Pre-Opening Consultancy The following items encompass the requirements of the pre-opening phase: Sales and Marketing Brochures and Promotional Literature Promotional Events Agronomy/Course Grow-In and Maintenance Programming Personnel Selection, Recruitment & Management Selection and sourcing of machinery, equipment, fixtures and fittings Administrative Systems establishment and management Upon completion of the development stages of any project GreenScape can provide clients with an Operational Management Consultancy Service.
